Rights and Ownership
At BHB Scrunchies our Scrunchies are our own. We own the rights to the product as a whole. Falsely advertising BHB products as your own to sell/trade/pawn or advertise is considered false and misleading advertisement. BHB Scrunchies does not give the rights to anyone to use our Scrunchies as advertisement for another business.
Termination of Customer
In any circumstance where this is proven to take place, all current or future customers involved will no longer be accepted customers of BHB Scrunchies and their orders will be refunded and unfulfilled.
Shipping & Returns
Shipping Information
Our products are sent VIA Lettermail by Canada Post Services unless otherwise specified. This means your order is uninsured, and there is no tracking number. This mode of mail usually takes between 3-10 business days within Canada, and 2-3 weeks outside of Canada.
Lettermail is one of the shipping options available. Lettermail is uninsured and not tracked. Once your order is mailed, I have no control over its location and BHB is not responsible for any lost packages. Lettermail is chosen at the risk of the buyer. Of course, we will do anything we can to assist you if you reach out about your order.
please note; all orders are between a 2-3 week turnaround time BEFORE shipping. The shipping method you choose begins after your order has been completed

Returns & Exchanges Policy
Our products are triple checked before being sent out for delivery. However, they are handmade so of course sometimes things happen.
If infact there is anything wrong with your item
For example;
- Scrunchie breaks within a month of purchase (must provide photo of Scrunchie)
- Fabric is ripped, torn or the seam is torn
Please contact me immediately when you notice it- send me a picture and we can discuss it from there.
I would be happy to have it sent back to me and fixed. Or a new one sent to you to replace it. The Scrunchie will be replaced with a Scrunchie of the same type that was broken. (Colour, Size, etc)
Scrunchies and hair scarves cannot be Returned or exchanged for reasons outside a deformity (see above) with the Scrunchie. If you have any issues with your Scrunchies, please contact me immediately and we can discuss how to move forward
Note: Fabric with patterns may vary with every Scrunchie, due to the fact that they are handmade. Placement of things like flowers, colours, etc are out of my control. No two Scrunchies are perfectly alike.
Discount codes can be applied to transactions applicable to the instructions on each code. Only one discount code can be used per transaction. It is the customers responsibility to apply the correct code to the transaction or due funds will need to be pursued.
